Excellent opportunity for a 2nd line support engineer to learn new technical skills in a thriving managed services provider offering an excellent benefits package.
This company are a well established IT solutions provider renowned for their high level and complex range of communication services and IT solutions. They are looking to recruit highly motivated engineers to work with cutting edge technologies and provide quality infrastructure services within their tight knit team.
In this role you will provide customer facing and remote 2nd line support, resolving escalated enquiries from the 1st line support team. You will provide systems administration, firewall and server configuration, troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in 2nd line support, helpdesk and incident management. You will WAN and LAN connectivity, firewalls and security. You will be confident support O365, Active directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP troubleshooting and administration.

The Role:
*Infrastructure / networking monitoring and maintenance
*Administration of O365, Active Directory, SharePoint & Exchange
*WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security
*Helpdesk and incident management, resolving escalated enquiries
*Office based 5 x per week until end of probation (hybrid working up to 2 x per week after)
The Person:
*Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange & SharePoint
*Previous experience in 2nd line support
*Confident with Windows server support
*Experience with Azure, AD and on prem AD
*Commutable to Ringwood and happy to be site based
