2nd Line Support Analyst (Inside IR35 12 month contract)
Cannock
£200 - £300 p/d dependent on experience

Excellent opportunity for a 2nd Support Analyst to join a well-established and marketing leading power systems and machinery specialist.

This company are a multi-billion turnover business, recognised as the world leader in heavy equipment and machinery. They have created a brand new division to provide innovative and class leading solutions to their vast array of clients.

In this role you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You will be responsible for new server installations/configurations and replacements. You will also create and update documentation regarding fixes.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing backup performance and processes. You will have a strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and experience with both physical and VMware Servers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to learn new technologies in a muti-billion pound business offering autonomy in an interesting and varied role.

The Role:
*Troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving technical issues
*Incident and problem management and resolution, liaising with end users
*Identifying areas for improvements to processes and to improve customer experience
*12 month rolling contract inside ir35

The Person:
*Experience in Technical Support preferably in in a global environment
*Experience with physical and VMware server installations/configurations
*Experience managing backup performance and processes for the customer estate
*Commutable to Cannock - Office based 5 days per week
