In this role the 2nd line support engineer with provide 2nd line support to the IT technicians to both academic and support staff uses. The school operates a continually evolving desktop and network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a 2nd line support role. You will have some exposure to networking and have a solutions not problems mindset.

This is a brilliant role for a second line support engineer who wants to be a vital cog in the wheel which developing your skills sets as an IT professional.

The role:
*Monday to Friday
*Flexi time hours.
*Full training provided
*2nd line support to the IT technicians for all aspects of IT services.
*Call logging and monitoring.
*Perform daily preventative maintenance routines.
*Some contact with 3rd line party support.
*Server and Network support

The person:
*Have at least 2 years experience in a 2nd line role.
*Exposure to windows server technologies
*Candidates will ideally have knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
