Administrator (Part Time)
Bristol

This role would suit an Administrator with good customer service and numeracy skills who is looking to join a company that operate to the highest standards whilst offering excellent employee benefits.
The Role:
*Responsibilities include, obtain supplier quotes and creation of quotes, obtain and raise purchase orders, weekly billing, obtain supplier approvals, liaise on any discrepancies, identify and deal with unfulfilled purchase order, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders
*Part time, 25 hours a week, 5 hours Monday - Friday
The Person:
*Administrative background
*Previous experience working for an engineering company such as Rolls Royce, Airbys would be beneficial but not essential.
