The role of an apprenticeship program manager is to provide a positive experience for all agricultural engineers to achieve their maximum potential.
You will be accountable for all aspects of the apprenticeship journey from initial marketing promotion, initial advice and guidance, training and assessing the apprentices.
The ideal candidate will be an agricultural engineer who wants to come out of the industry into a training role.

The role:
*Full training and qualifications will be provided.
*Create and maintain a positive learning environment.
*Be actively involved with all teaching, instructing an assessing.
*Ensure all apprentices complete their apprenticeship.
*Offer advice and support to all apprenticeship.
The person:
*Have a background in agricultural engineering.
*Have a background in the diagnosis and repair of complex faults in machinery, plant and equipment
*Want to move into a hands off role
