Application Engineer

In this role you will be focused on the proposal, design and execution of projects including Power Generation, Oil and Gas and Combined Heat and Power. You will work underneath the Application Engineering Manager performing multiple engineering tasks such as performance estimating, sensitivity analysis, weather profiles and equipment calculations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Gas Turbine operation and maintenance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior Application Engineer looking to start a long term career within a company who prioritize your professional growth and development.
The Role:
* Perform engineering and design duties for a variety of energy projects
* Performance estimating, sensitivity analysis, weather profiles and equipment calculations
* Develop and improve analysis tools to understand system performance.

The Person:
* Bachelor of science degree in Engineering
* Minimum 1-2 years industry experience- Preferably in Gas Turbines, Power Generation or Oil and Gas
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
