Application Engineer (Hydraulics)
$95,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Medical, Dental & Vision + PTO + Paid Holidays
Temple, TX (Commutable from Waco, Killeen, Austin)
Are you an experienced hydraulic engineer looking to take projects from an initial call all the way through to manufacture? You will be seen as the go to technical expert for all things hydraulic.

This role would suit an Application or Design Engineer with deep hydraulic cylinder expertise who wants to be the technical go-to in a business that will give them the autonomy to do the job properly.
The Role:
- Technical lead on hydraulic cylinder application engineering customers
- Full design ownership and material specifications
- Regular customer-facing travel (30%+)
- Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality to ensure design for manufacturability
The Candidate:
- Experience in hydraulic cylinder and/or full hydraulic system design
- Proficiency in engineering calculations including stress, buckling, pressure, and fatigue analysis
- Looking to be seen as the go to engineer with full autonomy
