Application Support Engineer (2nd Line)
£30,000 to £35,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Healthcare + Pension + Life Assurance + Perk box

Are you a highly motivated Application Support Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have experience in providing 1ST & 2nd line support and excellent customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a small but high growth data driven SaaS company as their IT Support Analyst.

Established 17 years ago, our client is a growing data driven SaaS technology company that provides solutions to a range of industries. As a small to medium-sized business, this is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team and progress your career with opportunities to progress into 3rd Line.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the Service Desk queries both email & calls, monitoring SLAs, and troubleshooting ticket issues from 1st line and 2nd Line for the in-house bespoke software . You will also be required to liaise with 3rd line support when necessary and be comfortable in a customer-focused role. Knowledge of SQL and Cloud Technology Azure is required, along with a background in ITIL service management.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting an in-house software solution that is customer-focused, be comfortable with both 1st and 2nd line support, and have the ability to escalate issues to 3rd line. Whilst working within an ITIL based environment & have knowledge of SQL.

The Role:
*Troubleshooting day to day ticketing issues of the business from 1st to 2nd Line and escalating up to 3rd as needed
*Managing workload effectively dealing with several open Incidents/Problems
*£30,000 to £35,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Healthcare + Pension + Life Assurance + Perk box

The Person:
*Experience in dealing with 1st & 2nd Line support issues
*Experience supporting in-house Software Solutions or Saas based product
*SQL & Azure Experience
*Strong Customer facing skills
