Intermediate/ Senior Architectural technician
Slough/Berkshire
£40,000- £45,000 + (dependant upon experience, holiday allowance, pension scheme)
There is now an amazing opportunity for an architectural technician to join an innovative and leading consultancy with an elusive focus on the highest quality retirement communities, and decades of experience in providing the exceptional service they are renowned for.
The independent consultancy place a focus on the establishment of nursing homes, assisted living apartments and extra housing care with an emphasis on reshaping the future of supported living, and now partner with over 200 clients nationally in providing a relentless focus on quality of design, whilst embracing change, evolution and continual innovation.
You will be responsible for managing and leading project teams through relevant work stages, and producing documentation for statutory approval. You will be able to prepare and design proposals whilst evaluating and advising on environmental and regulatory issues. You will also be responsible for promoting working standards within the office whilst assisting with training junior members on design aspects.
Additionally, you will evaluate and advise on refurbishments whilst ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance to the quality management, and attend regular meetings with clients and contractors to uphold all stages of project planning.

- Experience in similar role with proven experience in AutoCAD
