£27,000 - £30,000 + 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays + Bonus
Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established housing and hotel developer where you will work on a range of housebuilding projects whilst having excellent opportunities to grow your career.

This forward thinking business specialise in planning and technical design and build work for residential schemes across the region. They pride themselves on their quality of work and have a good pipeline of work coming up. They recently have been catalysed into a period of expansion and are now looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team of ambitious individuals.
In this role you will be involved in projects from cradle to grave including drawing technical plans, assembling building regulation applications, and checking on progress throughout the build. The company are committed to developing their own workforce; therefore, offering additional training and support as well as opportunities to progress within the business.
This is a varied and challenging role and would ideally suit an Architectural Technician, looking to work with a growing company, alongside receiving a great salary and package.

- HND/HNC/Degree Building Studies, Architecture, or similar
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit
- Interested in residential housebuilding
