£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus (OTE: £50k-£60k) + Company Vehicle + Expense Account

Are you a Sales Manager, looking for an exciting opportunity within a multi-national business in an autonomous role where you'll manage your own work load and maximize your earnings through annual bonuses?

It's an exciting time to join the business as due to increasing client demand, they're looking to take on another Sales Manager to help maintain the key accounts for the area and continue providing the excellent level of service they're known for.
The company are offering a field based role where you get the chance to manage your own work on the road over your dedicated territory and also collaborate within a larger team to help achieve company goals. You will be tasked with developing existing relationships with both clients and distributors, and will have the opportunity to make new connections and win new business.
This role would suit a Technical Sales Manager/Engineer looking to step into an autonomous role with additional responsibility and great earning potential. The ideal candidate will have a background in compressed air equipment sales and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Managing key business accounts
- Building new industry connections and forming relationships with new clients
- Supporting customers, distributors and company departments in the field
- Data logging and sales forecasting
- Experienced Technical Sales Engineer
- Compressed air, pumps, rotating equipment, generators or motors background
- Experience working for a manufacturer / industrial distributor would be beneficial
- Enthusiastic and motivated to hit KPIs
