£40,000 -55,000 + Car Allowance + progression opportunities

A rare and exciting role on offer for a Contracts Manager to join an expanding to join an expanding multi territory contractor with the opportunity to lead their established asbestos division and progress your career of Division Director.

This company have been established over 40 years and specialise in Demolition, Asbestos removal, Waste removal and Plant. This company turn over around 70M and have major growth plans. The Asbestos division has been established over 20 years and has a well established teams of experience professionals, they are now looking to expand the division
Due to this they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Contracts manager to head up their asbestos division.
On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join a versatile company in an autonomous role with a growing company where you will be able to progress.
In this role you will lead the asbestos team, whilst reporting to the Divisional Director. You will be required to oversee and assist Estimators ensuring that tenders are successfully submitted and won. Oversee Asbestos gangs ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget and in line with Health and Safety measures. You will be required to travel to regional sites once or twice a month. Whilst firefighting any issues within the division.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on asbestos projects with proven experience of delivering works on time and to budget. It is imperative that you have a good understanding of the tendering process. You will be looking to join a rapidly expanding contractor where you will hold a managerial role, and lead an experienced team with opportunities for progression .
