$90,000 - $120,000 + 10-20% Bonus + 4 weeks PTO + 80% Benefits Premium Covered + 401(k) 3% Match + Medical, Dental & Vision
Atlanta, Georgia (Remote-First | Occasional Site Visits Across Georgia)

Are you a solar or energy professional with a background in maintenance or reliability looking to move off the tools and into a strategic asset management role with a path to leadership?

On offer is a newly created Technical Asset Manager position, where you can put your own stamp on the role and have a key position within the business.

This company has been a top-ranked solar contractor in the US for over a decade. You will be part of a broader infrastructure group with real advancement opportunities into leadership for the right person.

The role is primarily desk-based and remote, with site visits when required. You will be the technical expert your client depends on, translating site performance data into actionable maintenance plans and managing field teams to deliver them effectively.

This role would suit a solar or power industry professional who is ready to step into an asset management or client-facing advisory role and build a long-term career.

The Role:

  • Own a portfolio of commercial solar assets for a key client - determining priorities, managing visits, overseeing maintenance
  • Desk-based strategic role, not a field position
  • Work directly with OEMs and field teams to drive reliability and uptime

The Candidate:

  • Solar experience preferred - will consider wind, power, energy, or nuclear backgrounds
  • Field technical experience with strong troubleshooting and reliability knowledge would be good but this is NOT essential
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and communicating site performance at a strategic level
