An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a Building Surveying Consultancy where you will work on a range of Commercial Projects whilst working for a secure company who value their staff.

This company work on provide building surveying services for a range of commercial sectors, including; care homes, education, retail, hospitality, medical and commercial property. The company pride themselves on delivering a high quality of service to their clients and have been recognised for this in the industry. They are now looking for an ambitious assistant building surveyor to join their company.
In the role your duties will include but not be subject to planned and preventative maintenance of a range of commercial properties including inspection of premises to determine condition, preparing annual budgets for property-related matters as well as providing acquisition advice. You will also be expected to travel nationwide.
