They have an exceptional reputation, ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. Due to this growth they are looking for an Assistant Commercial Lead / Assistant Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in a similar sector to join the business to play a key part in their next exciting phase of growth.
In this office based role, working alongside and reporting to the Commercial Lead you will assist commercially on your assigned projects. Working in liaison with the project team you will understand the cost plan templates and be able to control and improve financial positions. You will attend supply chain visits to their other offices and manufacturing facilities. Ensuring you are providing the highest quality to all customers and clients you will lead the commercial team.
The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in either an Assistant or Junior Quantity Surveying or other commercial role and have experience in the construction industry. You will be able to demonstrate ability in estimating, purchasing and surveying. You will be a confident communicator with contractors and the team and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
