This well-established principal contractor work on a range of roofing and cladding projects for a wide array of sections including local authority, social housing, public bodies and the private sector. The company pride themselves on delivering a high quality and "green" service to all clients and therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have continued to increase their workload and they are now looking to bring an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join their team.
In this role you will manage and monitor specified parts of work and the associated budgets as well as directing the sub-contractor workforce on various builds/refurbishments. You will also assist with meeting requirements of commercial, design & quality and the health & safety departments.
