£35,000 - £40,000 + 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays + Car Allowance!

Excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an developer where you will enjoy a varied yet challenging role whilst being a part of a great culture where they value their staff, alongside a great salary and package.

On offer is the chance to hold a role in an expanding company with the prospect of working on a variety of projects ranging from bespoke residential properties to affordable/social housing.

This well-established company build a variety of homes, ranging from affordable one bed properties to luxury five bed properties. They also build affordable homes as well as homes for private sell. The company pride themselves on delivering high quality homes to their customers and have continued to expand due to their reputation. They are now looking an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join their company.

In this new role for the company you will be dealing with the construction process in the aftersales period which involves arranging sub-contractors to address after sales issues on site and visiting customers to understand snagging concerns. You will also liaise with sales negotiators and the after sales office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join an expanding residential new build company, alongside receiving a great salary and package.

The Role:

The Person:

  • Residential house building background
  • Previous site management experience
  • Full UK Driving License
