They are looking for a motivated Assistant Electrical Superintendent to join their rapidly expanding team. You will be providing coordination, planning, and support to Electrical Superintendents and contractors on large utility solar projects surrounding the electrical scope of the site. You will have the opportunity to rapidly progress your career and technically develop in your field.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing support on large solar self-perform projects. They will have proficiency in the installation, testing, acceptance, maintenance, and repair of medium voltage cables. Candidate must have solar experience, preferably on utility scale sites. The role is based in the field and the candidate must be willing to work the sites from start to finish across the US.

The role:

*Ensure the high-quality installation of electrical portions of project
*Work with Electrical Superintendent in the development of project schedules and updates
*Monitor Safety, Quality, and Efficiency of subcontracted work on every project
*Provide work direction and performance evaluations

The Person:

*Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
*Experience working with medium voltage equipment and cable
*Experience on large self-perform utility scale solar projects
*100% travel required with rotations going home every 3 weeks or so
