Associate Building Surveyor
Liverpool
Up to £60,000 DOE + Paid Training Courses + Bonus + Car Allowance + Healthcare + Life Insurance
This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join one of the fastest growing multi-disciplinary property companies that has a particular focus on the Education sector. The company are a specialist building consultancy that operate in the education sector that have offices across the North West, Yorkshire and Midlands. They work on projects that range up to £10m and are experiencing more and more repeat business through being the best in their field.
In this role your time will be split 60/40 split of project delivery and team management. You will have experience of being the focal point of the team with daily responsibilities varying but will focus on the design and contract administration of new build, extension, refurbishment and elemental renewal building projects. Developing and maintaining good client relationships is a fundamental aspect of the role.
This is an excellent opportunity therefore would suit an experienced building surveyor that is looking to step up in their next role and grow alongside an ambitious company.
The Role:
- Manage the team and provide support and motivation where necessary
- Liaise with the Architectural Team to provide design and direction for Auto CAD
- Seek to develop new business opportunities and develop existing relationships
- Advise clients on schemes and projects to determine requirements
The Person:
- Worked within a range of client sectors providing services to the public sector, ideally the education sector
- Ideally chartered or working towards
- Excellent communicator that can motivate a team but also develop relationships with clients
