Associate Director of Electrical Design
Can be based near or in any of the following: Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough and Leicester - 2 days remote working
£65,000 - £75,000 + Upper-Management Autonomy + Future Shares + 5% Pension + Holiday
Are you specialist Building Services Electrical Design Engineer looking to step into an autonomous role becoming one half of the leadership team, directing a business' future, and reaping the rewards?

This company provide electrical and mechanical building services design for large domestic through to industrial scale projects. With a recent forward focus towards the production of EPC's reducing energy usage for customers. Having worked on a range of projects including multinational blue chip clients they are well established in the industry and looking to continue to grow their foothold in the market.
In this role you will gain autonomy, leading and growing a team of design engineers and will be tasked with recruiting to grow the team around you. You will be involved in setting deadlines, ensuring quality of drawings, upholding the high standard of work, holding client meetings, and leading Business Development. Projects will range from large domestic to industrial manufacturing plants and you will oversee all aspects of the electrical designs.
