Exciting role on offer for a Bid Manager looking to join an award winning Modular Construction company who pride themselves on creating high quality buildings.

This company are a Modular construction company who pride themselves on the exceptional quality of all their buildings and designs from start to finish. They work in numerous sectors, including Education, Residential, Ministry of Justice and Healthcare. They provide a turnkey service from initial design through to completion and are experiencing extremely high growth with a large order book on their hands. Due to this, they are looking for an ambitious Bid Manager to join the team.

In this role you will be based in the Hull office with and your main responsibilities will be manage bids day to day as well as bidding activities.Managing your own workload you will be qualifying tenders, putting tenders together, producing submissions, bids and proposals, attending and leading pre construction meetings and liaising with clients. You will also be assisting the sales team by identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience working as a Bid Manager, ideally from a construction background and will have a construction related degree. You will be able to demonstrate experience in developing new sales and maintaining key client relationships. You will have sound knowledge and understanding of construction or engineering, sales and marketing. You will be looking to take the next step in your career eventually building up and managing a Bid team.
