Building Envelope Director
Office-based role commutable from King of Prussia, Wayne, Radnor, Villanova, Devon, Berwyn, Malvern, Paoli, Phoenixville and Collegeville
$135,000 - $180,000 + Performance Bonus + PE Sponsorship + Progression to Principal + 401(k) 100% Match to 3% + Medical + Dental + Vision + PTO
This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership position where you will have genuine influence over major high-rise facade and building envelope projects while helping drive the continued growth of an expanding consultancy.

You will join a highly respected consultancy with an established backlog of work across Building Envelope, Facade Restoration, Cladding Remediation, Historic Preservation, and Forensic Investigation projects. The company is continuing to grow and is looking for someone who wants to be a long-term leader within the organization.
This position would suit a Senior Project Manager, Building Envelope Engineer, Facade Consultant, Restoration Manager, or Architect looking for more responsibility, leadership, recognition, and the opportunity to progress into Principal-level leadership.
The Role
- Lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers
- Oversee Building Envelope and Restoration projects
- Manage clients, budgets, and project delivery
- Support business development and company growth
The Person
- Building Envelope, Facade, Cladding, or Restoration experience
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- PE, RA, or motivated to obtain professional licensure
