£25,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Training + Career Progression + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Enhanced Rate Overtime + Quarterly Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Fabric Technician to take on further training with a view to developing a lasting career as a technical expert. You will be responsible for working on a contract for a major supermarket chain across Wales and the South West of England initially, largely involving reactive/proactive maintenance and repair to the fabric of the building.
This role would suit a Building Fabric Technician or Facilities Maintenance Technician looking for the next natural step in their career, in a role that offers a generous package alongside massive potential to develop a long-term career through ongoing progression.
The Role:
- Will involve a variety of fabric maintenance, groundwork and sub-structure repair works
- Will offer overtime at boosted rates of 1.5x over contracted hours and on Saturdays, and 2x on Sundays
- Based on a working week of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
The Candidate:
- Will have a UK Driving License
- Will have completed an apprenticeship in a relevant trade skill or have equivalent experience
- Will be seeking to establish a long-term, rewarding career with an exciting company
