Graduate Building Surveyor
Brentwood/Essex
Permanent
£25,000-35,000 + (discretionary bonuses, commission based schemes)

Calling all graduate building surveyors now looking to advance their careers in an award winning and vibrant building surveying firm, and be a part of a plethora of upcoming widescale projects. Our client is regulated by the RICS, and renowned for their professional clientele approach, alongside their property management awards.
Our client is based in and around Essex and London, catering to some of the biggest national clientele, and they take pride in ensuring complexity of regulation and the challenge of cross sectorial working, is kept simple and cost effective as possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for catering to a wide range of services, including but not limited to architectural design, home buyer reports, and building surveys. You will undertake site and survey inspections, whilst also generating reports and plans, and utilizing AutoCAD when required.

You will also undertake project management and contract administration duties whilst also being required to assist colleagues on more complex and senior projects.

The person

  • RICS Accredited
  • Working towards APC
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
