Building Surveyor
** Remote working role with 4 site visits a week, accommodation provided, and travel expenses paid for **
£45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance + Healthcare + Great Benefits
Exciting Role on offer for a Building Surveyor looking to join a market leading residential developer who build and manage apartments across the UK, where you will work on technically interesting projects whilst working for a well-respected company that look after their staff.
Are you a Building Surveyor with experience of producing condition surveys, maintenance schemes and fire safety works? Are you looking to join an established company who can offer job security and pride themselves on having a great culture?
Established for nearly 30 years this commercial contractor are specialist new-build contractors which manage construction build projects from blank sheet through to completion. They are quickly becoming the number one within their sector, with over 500 employees and a huge pipeline and ambition for growth. They now require a Building Surveyor to provide their knowledge and technical skills to help drive the division and company forward.
In this role you will be site-based across the country, providing external and internal surveys. This will include producing condition surveys for future asset maintenance, making fire safety improvements, and helping with the implementation of a maintenance scheme.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Building Surveyor with experience in property surveying and maintenance and is looking for a long-term career. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail, and looking to play a key role in their asset management.
