The role
- Building Surveyor
- Liaising with and managing clients, largely within insurance and residential sector
- Undertaking building surveys, party wall surveys, and identifying relevant design concepts.
The person
- Experience in a similar role as a structural engineer
- Insurance sector work is highly desirable but not essential
- Good technical knowledge of buildings and structural identification
