This award winning non-profit organisation provide repair and adaptation services to vulnerable and elderly customers. These minor projects hold a massive variety with each adaptation being specific to the individual. With project values up to £100K this company have a strong pipeline of work.

Surveying domestic properties your duties will include but not be subject to liaising with customers and contractors regarding works, producing quotations for upcoming works, liaising with local authority surveyors and planning and overseeing building works.
This is an ideal for a qualified Building Surveyor with experience in property surveying and maintenance and is looking for a long term career.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail, and looking to play a key role in a meaningful company.
