Excellent role on offer for a Building Surveyor looking to work for a highly-respected Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy offering extensive progression opportunities up to Chartered Surveyor.

This company are a consultancy firm operating within a diverse range or sectors including Commercial, Residential, Civil Infrastructure, Highways, Education, Healthcare and Industrial. They provide an array of services to their public and private sector clients. Having grown throughout the pandemic and backed up by a strong order book, they are now looking to recruit a Building Surveyor into their growing team.
This role encompasses professional and project related building surveying services working on commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include condition reports, preparing professional reports, writing specifications and schedules of work, providing design information, assisting with party wall services, submit planning and building control applications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
This role would therefore ideally be a Building Surveyor with experience working on a variety of projects within the Construction sectors. You will have a good understanding of condition surveys, specifications and schedules of work. The ideal candidate will have the desire to progress upwards and progress towards professional qualifications.
