Business Development Manager

£35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus

Avonmouth, Bristol (some travel & some WFH)

Are you a Sales / Business Development Manager looking for a role for a well established business within the construction sector where you will have plenty of opportunity to increase your earnings through performance bonuses?

On offer is a role with clear scope for progression with an industry leading company where you will receive industry training and a generous remuneration package.

The company is based in Bristol and has been established for over 50 years.

The role will be office based but with some travel to meet clients on site and will involve the full sales lifecycle from initial enquiry to providing quotes with a range of clients.

The Role:

  1. Full time permanent role, mainly office based but with some travel and some opportunities to work from home.
  2. Working for a well established client in the installation sector
  3. B2B consultative style sales from initial enquiry to quotation
  4. Opportunities for further progression

The Person:

  1. Experience of B2B sales ideally within a technical/construction/engineering/utilities type environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills; a relationship builder who is ambitious, driven, tenacious and be able work on your own initiative.
  3. UK driving licence and willing to travel as part of the role
