Business Development Manager-B2B-Construction/Installation Sector
Up to £65K Basic, £85K OTE, plus vehicle
Bristol based with travel & some working from home
Are you an experienced Sales Manager, with experience of B2B sales within the internal fit out sector, looking for a senior level role offering clear progression to Director level.
The company is a well established, profitable and growing SME who install into a range of sectors particularly the food manufacturing sector
The role is a combination of hands on B2B sales, account management and a focus on sales strategy with input into companies business plan.
The position
- Full time, permanent role with a national installation company. A mixture of field based and office based work.
- Hands on B2B consultative sales handling own accounts, developing new business, and closing deals in order to achieve sales target
- Selling both to end users and main contractor
- Working with the Directors and marketing staff to help in devising/implementing sales strategy
The Person
- Experience in a senior or lead role within B2B sales
- Experience within a similar company/industry. This ideally would be a specialist sub contractor with knowledge of the food industry (EG Refrigeration, cold rooms, interior fit-outs, industrial racking etc).
- Ability to Read, interpret and mark up construction drawings
