In this role you will office based working alongside the Operations Manager in the Commercial department. You will working on multiple developments from concept through to completions. You will be responsible for creating schedules from technical drawings, building relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive prices and ultimately ensure smoothly delivery of material to site.
This role is suitable for a candidate with good construction product knowledge either from a builders merchant or experience working in the commercial department of a residential construction company.
