£38,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Due to this growth in projects, this company is now seeking a CAD Technician with great technical knowledge using REVIT.
The ideal candidate has a great understanding of building design, specifically building facades and cladding. The company will consider juniors who what building construction knowledge, but having rainscreen/cladding experience is highly desirable. Whether you're a senior CAD Technician or Façade Designer, this company will support your career and ensure you thrive.

The Role:
- Building façade design for commercial and residential properties
- Working with REVIT
- Focusing largely on cladding, rainscreen and fire remedial design work
- Liaising with all relevant stakeholders including team, clients and external stakeholders
The Person:
- CAD Technician (REVIT)
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations and technical knowledge
- Experience with building facades (cladding, rainscreens, fire remedial etc.) very beneficial
- Experience in a similar role
