The Role:
*Lead the engineering team responsible for integrating propulsion systems into customer spacecraft
*Serve as the primary technical lead and customer-facing partner, collaborating directly with clients on system design and integration
*Oversee the full engineering lifecycle - design, development, modeling, testing, and technical performance of propulsion modules
*Provide leadership, mentorship, and project management
The Candidate:
*Strong background in space technology development
*Engineering leadership experience
*Familiarity with space hardware qualification and testing
*Ability to work full-time, on-site in Houghton, Michigan
