Germany (Remote)

€100,000-150,000 OTE + Holiday + Healthcare + Training + Flexible working hours.

The Client Partner Key Accounts for DACH Region will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the DACH region, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software development industry.

This is a unique opportunities for an Account manager or Sales manager, with an eager to learn and process their career within a very successful and international company.

The role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the DACH region.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth with key accounts.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop sales strategies to enter the new business segments based on the requirements to the vendors.
  • Understand the client's business needs and provide innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

The person:

  • Proven track record in account management in the DACH region, within the software development industry, preferably working in or with clients in Manufacturing, Logistics, Industrial, Automation, Energy or related industries.
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Fluent in English and at least B2 German.
