Their North Somerset branch thrive on providing independent living support services to adults with Learning disabilities. They are currently seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join them in delivering high quality care and progress your career in the long-term with the opportunity to grow a team!
In this role, you'll be supporting children with leaning disabilities in their own homes, producing risk assessments, liaising with doctors/medical professionals, to providing 1-1 support, as well as conducting spot checks on Support Works, and creating support plans.
This role will be based from their Clevedon offices with admin based tasks, and travelling within Weston-Super-Mare to provide in-person support.

THE ROLE:
*Office based role in Clevedon, with travel in Weston-Super-Mare
*Creating support plans, producing risk assessment, liaising with medical professionals
*Conducting spot checks on Support Workers
*Providing 2-1 and 1-41 to support each child regularly
*Progression available to grow a team
*Bespoke personal development plan
THE PERSON:
*Qualified Nurse
*Min 1-2 years experience in Nursing
*Paediatric experience preferred
*TDDI expertise
*Band 5,6,7
