CNC Operator (2nd Shift - 4 Day Week)
$25/h - $35/h + Overtime (1.5x) + Career Growth + Medical, Dental, Vision + PTO + 401k

Are you a CNC Operator looking for a 4-day work week, working on high-precision components while receiving comprehensive training on machine setups?
This is a hands-on role where you'll operate mills and lathes on high-precision components, with clear, hands-on training to progress your skills into performing full machine setups.
The company is an industry-leading manufacturer, well known for looking after their people and promoting from within. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a CNC Operator to their 2nd shift team.
This role would suit a CNC Operator with lathe or milling experience, looking to learn new skills and join a company they can grow with long term.
The Role:
- Operating CNC mills and lathes (with full training provided on machine setups)
- Fabricating high precision machined parts
- Verifying parts using precision measuring equipment
- Performing quality tests and operational checks
- Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift (3:30pm - 2:00am) - no weekends!
- Overtime available on Fridays at 1.5x
The Person:
- Previous CNC operating experience
- No machine setup experience required (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Lathe experience highly desirable (milling experience considered with training provided on lathes)
- Able to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
