CNC Programmers (Turners & Millers)
£33,000 - £36,000 + Optional Overtime + Benefits + Extra Training + Progression
North Ayrshire, Scotland (Commutable from Glasgow, East Kilbride, Paisley, Clydebank)
Are you a CNC Turner and/or Miller with programming experience? Are you looking for a days-based role on a rotating shift, within a well-established company, offering optional overtime at a premium rate to increase your earning potential?

This manufacturer consistently provides their clients with a high-quality service due to their well-maintained workshop and close-knit team of highly skilled machinists. They are looking for a CNC Turners and Millers with programming experience to join their team due to their continued success.
In this role, you will program, set and operate CNC Lathes for a variety of bespoke parts that are used within specialist industries across the UK. There will be options for further training so plenty of opportunities to upskill.
This role would suit CNC Turners and/or Millers with programming experience, looking for a days-based role offering optional overtime, great work life balance and excellent company benefits.
The Role
- Programming, setting and Operating CNC Machinery
- Bespoke, small batch production of specialist parts
- Optional Overtime at a premium rate
- Double Day Shift
Day Shift: Mon - Thurs 07:00 - 15:30, Fri - 07:00 - 14:30
Back Shift: Mon - Thurs 15:30 - 00:00, Fri 14:30 - 19:30
