Midlands, Hybrid-Working
Up to £85,000 + Company Car + Bonus

Exciting opportunity for a Principle Commercial Manager from a Utilities / Water background to join a leading Utilities infrastructure provider.

This is company are on the forefront of Utilities infrastructure in the UK, working in partnership with their major clients including Severn Trent, United Utilities, Scottish Water & Scottish Power. Their object is to design, build and maintain the UK's infrastructure through exceptional engineering capability and new technologies.

Within this role you will drive to support and deliver success to a large, high-profile contract and lead best practice across a team. You will demonstrate a strong commercial background within Water, utilising this knowledge to set the annual contract strategy, manage contract negotiations and improve existing processes within cost and value.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of NEC3 & NEC4.

The Role:

- Dictate the annual contract strategy
- Negotiation of contract terms
- Improvement and management of Cost, Value, P&L
- Liase with clients from commercial perspective, resolving disputes

The Person:

- Proven commercial background within the water industry
- Excellent understand of NEC3 & 4
- Extensive market knowledge
