Are you a skilled and motivated Superintendent looking for major progression to lead a division into a new industry?
Do you have experience in Healthcare and complex Commercial projects looking to boost your background with major projects in a company that rewards learning and training?
If so, this is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent to join a leading general contractor where you will manage large and exciting projects in the Augusta region, also spearheading the growth into new industries including new healthcare clients, all while expanding your knowledge.
This well-established company is a key player in commercial construction within the Augusta market. They pride themselves on the reputation that they have built with key clients, focussing on safety, integrity and honesty. They operate across multiple industries such as medial, retail, industrial and church buildings.
In this role you will be working out of their Augusta office, managing on site supervision for commercial construction projects, from schedules and dealing with subcontractors to close out, ensuring safety and standards are met throughout.
This role would suit a commercial superintendent with medical and healthcare experience.
The Role:
- On site supervision and managing of subcontractors
- Lead meetings with all key stakeholders, solidifying budgets and schedules
- Creating lookaheads and ensuring that safety standards are met
The Person:
- Previous experience as a ground up commercial superintendent
- Experience in the healthcare/hospital construction industry is a major plus
- Looking to work in a team with genuine values in honesty and integrity
