Construction Estimator
$80,000 - $100,000 Including Progression within a Fast Growing Company
Orlando, Florida (Hybrid)
Are you a Estimator or Assistant Estimator within the construction industry who is looking to take ownership of projects from estimate to finish, build a team in your image, and play a central role in a company's expansion plans?
Do you have experience in dealing with clients through the construction process, reviewing blueprints and job specs to create accurate estimates?

In this role you will be the primary liaison between the client, understanding their project, the blueprints and plans and estimating the cost of building materials to ensure strong communication between the client and engineering teams.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and understanding clients specs, preparing estimates and pricing for materials whilst being client focussed and communicating with a high level of service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior or established Estimator to lead a team and further this companies growth plans.
The Role
- Communicate with clients to understand full job specs and any changes through the construction process
- Create material estimates based on blueprints
- Liaise with the building materials team to make sure process runs smoothly

- Experience in creating materials estimates
- Ability to understand job specifications and blueprints
- Ability to communicate and provide good customer service
