Construction Estimator
$100,000 - $125,000 Including Bonus, Project Incentives, Progression + Benefits

Are you an Estimator with experience in ground up or remodel experience for commercial or industrial projects, looking to take the lead on the preconstruction efforts with huge financial opportunities and progression on the table?

Your responsibilities will include leading the preconstruction efforts on large and high quality projects, from take-offs, submittals, RFIs and materials and labor estimates. Ensuring high levels of communication between other departments and high levels of accuracy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estimator to take the lead on complex and high value projects, leading to progression and strong financial incentives and sharpening knowledge to become an expert in your field.
The Role:
- Analyze drawings, job specs, RFIs to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors
- Review and evaluate proposals and jobs scopes
The Person:
- Experience as a Lead Estimator
- Commercial or Industrial background
- Knowledge in Ground up or Remodel
