Incredible opportunity for a Construction Project Manager from a commercial background to join an exciting company working on a large scale, unique and complex construction development in a fast paced role with a great team and generous salary.
Are you an experienced project manager looking to work on a once in a lifetime project creating and developing highly technical structures and utilising all areas of construction?
This unique company are undertaking the development of the UK's largest show park in which there will be live shows in the biggest UK indoor theatre featuring pyrotechnics and live animals. With the aim to bring tourism to the North, this project is funded and underway to create a large scale, fun, historical experience that all can enjoy. To help in the delivery of this project they are looking for a Construction Project Manager.
In this role you will be based from the site in Bishops Auckland and be responsible for overall successful delivery of the project consisting of the UKs largest indoor theatre and outdoor theatre as well as multiple smaller refurbishment and redevelopment projects across a 4 acre span. With a value of 35mil you will be overseeing project timelines, scope, budget, resources and plan. You will liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, manage relationships with stakeholders, report to higher management and create project documentation.
This role would ideally suit a construction professional from a commercial background with a varied background and strong technical understand of various elements of construction who can handle a fast paced, complex development.
