In this role, you will be involved in industrial and commercial refurbishment projects, from inception to completion including Estimating and Quantity Surveying. This role gives you the autonomy to handle projects of up to £2m, working on fast track commercial and industrial refurbishment projects. You will be undertaking activities including but not limited to; scheduling, estimating, client communication and expectation, material/ labour planning, Health & Safety and negotiation and delivering tenders and projects effectively. You will be managing existing client relationships, maintaining a consistent level of service delivery, undertaking relevant site surveys, providing detailed programmes for both clients, site staff and subcontractors and ensuring sites are fully equipped with resources to complete projects in a timely manner and within budget.

Therefore, this role would ideally suit an experienced Contracts Manager with industrial/commercial refurbishment experience - who is competent in both Estimating and Quantity Surveying.
