Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager or Quantity Surveyor to join a global infrastructure business in a highly challenging role, where you'll be the key driver in department decisions and receive on-the-job training in their niche field of work.

This International Infrastructure business are currently in a phase of rapid expansion due to high profitability as well as strategic growth both organic and through acquisition. They are a market leader in their field, setting the standard by employee satisfaction, excellent customer service and providing a product that is unrivalled by their competition. Due to demand they are seeking their first Contracts Manager based at their Doncaster site, to build up this department.

They've recently acquired an exciting new long-term contract, and are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all NEC contracts, assessment of contractual changes, enhancing projects value for money and general responsibility for all performance, compliance, and all processes are in line with KPIs.

Initially whilst you are in training, this role will be site based in Doncaster but after probation this company are flexible with hybrid working options. There will be some requirements to travel to customer locations in Birmingham and London.

THE ROLE:
*Responsible for performance, compliance, adhering to KPIs
*Build & Nurture the key stakeholders' relationships across the wider business
*Ensure that the project team comply with the contractual obligations
*Support suppliers in providing accurate and validated information for Project Cost and Financial Forecasts

THE PERSON:
*Experience in - Infrastructure, Construction, Railway preferred
*Will have extensive knowledge and experience of NEC3/4
*H&S / IOSH understanding
*Degree related to Quantity Surveying, Law, Procurement preferred
