Are you an Automation / Controls Engineer with a background in the power generation sector? Are you looking for a new role where you can develop your existing knowledge of PLCs and SCADA systems and?

This market leading, family run business deal with the design, modification, maintenance and manufacture of specialist, bespoke and high end products within power generation. They are a multinational business and the market leaders in their chosen field, with a real drive for technical excellence, to keep up with this demand and ensure they provide a premium service they are looking to bring in an additional Controls Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company's control systems to ensure continued availability for operational needs. You will be charged with the maintenance and upgrading of hardware and software as well as completing routine fault finding across the site. Working as part of a wider team of Engineers, you will work collaboratively during the planning and implementation stage of the operation to ensure project delays are minimised.

The Role:

  • Control Engineer
  • Play a vital role in the ongoing operation of a nation-wide utilities service.
  • Conduct fault-finding and diagnosis of bugs on large-scale systems.

The Person:

  • Possess an understanding of PLC's and SCADA Systems.
  • HNC or equivalent in Engineering Systems.
  • Eager to develop your technical skillset and progress your career.
