This well-established scaffolding sub-contractor offer a complete scaffolding service for residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and health sector projects. the company take pride is delivering their services to cost, on time and at high quality and safety standards. Due to their impeccable service the company have been catalysed into a period of expansion and are looking to employ a Cost Manager to assist with their growth.
In this predominately office based role you will be responsible for managing existing contracts and prepare quotes for new work. You will also be responsible for ensuring projects run to specification and budget for the client as well as helping out with general cost management of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cost Manager looking to join a reputable scaffolding sub-contractor which offers a varied workload and large responsibility from day one alongside a great salary.
- Based in the Colchester Office
- Working on a variety of residential, commercial and health care projects
- Dealing with tenders, bid packages and budgeting
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator/Cost Manager
- Experience in housebuilding or scaffolding
- Full UK Driving License
