£27,000-£35,000 + Travel allowances + Benefits Package


An exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator with Residential experience to join an Award winning house developer who pride themselves on building quality apartments and homes.

Are you Customer Care Coordinator from a residential background looking for your next challenge? Are you looking to work for a well-established company who have been building quality homes for over 30 years?

This reputable housebuilder specialise in new build properties both in and around East Anglia. They pride themselves on building quality high standard homes and have been given multiple awards in recognition of the high quality projects they deliver. They build homes in both the countryside and city, they have an individual approach to each development ensuring that the layout and design is unique to the local character of each location. They have a thorough aftercare process with each of their properties to ensure the homeowners are happy with their purchase. Due to a number of new developments and growth of the company they are now looking for an additional Customer Care Coordinator to join their team

This is a great opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator who is looking to join a High Quality Developer with and play their part in the success in a growing company.

In the role your duties will include but not be subject to managing the incoming emails on the mailboxes, Coordinating sub contractors and customer care operatives, dealing with homeowners and complaints keeping the customers updated and being the main points of contacts.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer care experience working on residential projects who is looking to join a residential housebuilder and progress their career

The role:

  • Customer Care Coordinator
  • Liaising with Homeowners once they have moved in
  • Managing the mailbox dealing with queries
  • Organising subcontractors and customer care operatives

The person:

  • Customer care/ property management experience
  • Good communication skills both on phone and via email
  • An organised, driven person
