Having grown rapidly over recent times and with an impressive order book, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

In this role you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients to ensure excellent customer service is provided. Your role will include; collecting relevant information from clients, logging information on the CRM system, directing calls to the relevant departments, being an ambassador for the company on all incoming calls, carry out any additional administrative tasks on an adhoc basis, creating and maintaining customer records.

This role would therefore ideally be an individual with experience within customer services. The successful individual will have proven experience within call handling and completing administrative tasks. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, organized and efficient within time management.
