£24,000 - £31,000 + 35 Hours a Week - Monday to Friday (Set Hours To Be Agreed) + Training + 34 Days Holiday + Company Benefits

On offer is a permanent and stable position, working as an Executive within the company's Customer Service and Logistics department.

This business are an industry leader and specialists in manufacturing products for global brands. With sites across the UK and internationally, they are key players in the industry and offer excellent benefits for their employees.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact between customers and the business, dealing with enquiries from established accounts. You will be the key manager in customer related order requirements and act upon enquires made.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with a background in customer service, ideally from a supply chain/logistics/manufacturing background, although this isn't essential.

The Role:
*Customer Service Executive
*Acting as the first point of contact for company accounts enquiring about orders
*Working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday with set times to be agreed on.
*Company Benefits including 34 days holiday and enhanced pension

The Person:
*Background in customer service
*Experience working in Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing all beneficial but not essential
*Commutable to Workington
