£22,000 - £25,000 + Full Training + Career Progression + 31 days holiday + Benefits

Leeds (commutable from: Garforth, Swillington, Castleford, Rothwell, Wakefield, Whinmoor, Pontefract)



Are you Customer Service minded with a technical understanding of IT, Technology or similar looking to join an Industry-leading company who will provide full technical training and opportunity to progress into a sales based role?



This is a great opportunity where you will act as the first line of support for customers queries and technical help, you will be heavily invested in whilst working as part of a small close-knit team with great career prospects.



This is a pioneering and forward thinking business with over 40 years experience as Industry experts in the Tech space. They provide high end equipment and services to a range of large enterprises.



You will be working Monday - Friday at their modern office with a specialist team. There will be opportunity to work in a hybrid role once training is completed.



This role will suit a Customer Service focussed person that has a savvy Technology or IT background.



The Role:

*Office based providing customer service and act as the front line support (Remote working available).

*Receive lots of training both hands on and customer support focused.

*Working as part of a technical close-knit support team.



The Person:

*IT or Technology savvy.

*Good customer service experience.

*Looking for opportunity to progress into Sales / Account Management.
